📍 Located directly in the TOS Trenčín plant Our workshop is situated in the centre of Trenčín, in the former TOS Trenčín factory complex. We know these machines down to the last bolt – literally.

🔧 General overhaul = like a new machine Every machine undergoes a complete 14-step general overhaul: from cleaning and disassembly, through grinding of guideways and bearing replacement, to a new electrical cabinet, main motor and final polyurethane topcoat. The machine leaves with a precision protocol and electrical inspection report.

🏭 Machines in stock – We keep an inventory of overhauled machines ready for viewing and immediate collection.

🔩 Spare parts and accessories in stock All spare parts and accessories for TOS Trenčín machines are kept in stock. No waiting for deliveries from abroad.

🛠️ On-site service No need to transport your machine – we offer servicing directly at your facility, including preventive maintenance, precision checks and electrical repairs.

General overhaul process

1. Machine cleaning and disassembly of subassemblies
2. Grinding of carriage, cross slide, spindle and tailstock quill
3. Grinding and scraping of tool slide guideways, replacement of lead screw with nut and slide gibs
4. Scraping of headstock, carriage, cross slide and tailstock guideways to geometric tolerances per precision protocol
5. Replacement of cross-feed lead screw and nut, cross slide gib and tool post
6. Complete disassembly and replacement of worn parts in the apron, gearbox, headstock, tailstock and slides
7. Alignment and replacement of rack strips, repair of guide rods and lead screw
8. Bearing replacement in all subassemblies
9. Addition of longitudinal micrometric stop and change gear set
10. Complete replacement of all labels and nameplates
11. Primer coat, filling, sanding and polyurethane topcoat to customer specification (white RAL 9003 / anthracite RAL 7016)
12. New electrical cabinet with components, replacement of main motor, rapid traverse motor, hydraulic pump, wiring and LED work light
13. Issue of precision protocol and electrical inspection report
14. Test run and machine handover at our facility
